Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Return

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for your order. We will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can be also accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please contact Customer Service by clicking here, and indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • We will send you a return instructions form once received your return request email. Please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and put the return form in the package.
  •  Drop off your package at the local post office.
  • Usually the returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will issue the refund to your payment account.

Exchange

  • Returned items must be unused with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items that are special ordered or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  •  Electronic devices, including flashers, cameras, and fish finders, once opened, cannot be returned. If it is defective or damage, we will offer you repair service.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@amysports.com.

Return Address

Please contact our customer service info@amysports.com for the return address when you wish to return any items. We will offer you the nearest return address. 

Please don't return to the address that in the label on your package. It is not our return address and if you do so, it will delay the processing of the return a lot.
