Return & Exchange Policy
- Please contact Customer Service by clicking here, and indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
We will send you a return instructions form once received your return request email. Please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and put the return form in the package.
Drop off your package at the local post office.
Usually the returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will issue the refund to your payment account.
- We will send a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
- Returned items must be unused with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items that are special ordered or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- Electronic devices, including flashers, cameras, and fish finders, once opened, cannot be returned. If it is defective or damage, we will offer you repair service.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Please contact our customer service for the return address when you wish to return any items. We will offer you the nearest return address.
Please don't return to the address that in the label on your package. It is not our return address and if you do so, it will delay the processing of the return a lot.
